Dear SAFEX Partners,

We have recently identified serious violations involving certain promotion teams or individuals, including:

  • Actively acquiring users from groups or communities already under other partners’ channels

  • Knowingly encouraging users who already have SAFEX accounts to delete or re-register in order to change their account affiliation

These actions severely disrupt our partner ecosystem and violate the rights of existing partners. To maintain a fair and transparent environment, SAFEX will enforce the following penalties effective immediately:

Definition: Intentionally promoting or acquiring users from groups, communities, or channels already affiliated with another SAFEX partner.

  • First Violation: Cancellation of all rebates for the week of violation

  • Second Violation: Permanent termination of partnership and removal of backend access

2. Malicious Account Rebinding

Definition: Knowingly inducing users to delete their existing SAFEX accounts or create new ones to switch referrer affiliation.

  • First Violation: Cancellation of all rebates for the week of violation

  • Second Violation: Permanent termination of partnership and removal of backend access

Important Notes

  • All violations will be determined based on SAFEX system data and internal records.

  • No bounty or reward mechanism is provided for reporting violations.

  • This announcement is effective immediately and will be enforced as a supplement to the current partner policy.

We urge all partners to strictly adhere to SAFEX policies, respect existing account affiliations, and work with us to foster a sustainable, fair, and professional ecosystem.
