After emergency response by our team, all platform functions have now been fully restored, including deposit, withdrawal, and trading services. To address any potential impact to users during the service disruption, we will conduct a full evaluation of all orders and positions between 14:40 on May 9 and 02:53 on May 10, 2025 (UTC+8). For any confirmed affected cases, the SAFEX team will complete the review and automatically issue compensation within 3 business days — no application is required.
